Great stay, just a few bumps

The hotel is gorgeous, and the food was on point! Jared made us feel super welcome and helped with everything we needed. The room was nice, but it was a bummer that there were no snacks in the fridge or much room service. Check what's not available right now. I wish I had. The bar area looked fun too!

Big hype, little substance

The hotel boasts a chic design and great location, perfect for nightlife and events. Yet, the reality falls short with room disturbances, especially from the rooftop bar. Our accommodations felt cramped and cleanliness was inconsistent. Staff were friendly enough, but the high prices for basic amenities were hard to overlook. Good for a night, but not worth a return visit.

The king suite was impressively spacious and provided a nice shower and bathtub. I also enjoyed the friendly demeanor of the staff who were always willing to assist. My partner and I savored great rooftop cocktails that felt like a little slice of paradise.

The suite lacked a coffee maker, which was a bit disappointing for those early mornings.

Great Location and Unique Design!

I stayed for three nights and absolutely loved the spacious room and trendy design. The open-concept bathroom was interesting, though it might feel awkward for some. Additionally, the location near the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and other attractions made exploring the city a breeze. Breakfast was a delightful treat, especially the avocado toast. On the downside, the hard bed might not suit everyone’s preference.

The rooftop bar offered stunning views and great cocktails, and I enjoyed some delicious Mediterranean dishes at a nearby restaurant. The hotel was clean and peaceful, providing a nice retreat while being close to local attractions. However, the lack of basic amenities like coffee in the room was a letdown. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite a few minor issues.

The rooftop bar was an amazing experience, offering stunning views. The gym was open 24/7, and the decor was fun. I enjoyed delicious drinks at The Vault bar.

We enjoyed amazing rooftop cocktails at Azure and delicious Mediterranean dishes at Adega. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and close to entertainment. The staff was super friendly and ready to help. Just keep in mind, parking is pricey here!

Totally recommend for strolling around

Charming hotel, charming location, great amenities like a fitness center and a rooftop lounge perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, all within a 20-minute walk from the Amtrak station.

The rooftop bar provided views as stunning as a summer sunset, while the staff were friendlier than a golden retriever puppy. My king suite was like a plush cloud—perfect for sinking into after a long day of exploring Cleveland. And let’s not forget the Hawkeye of modern design, that shower right in the middle of the room. it was like being in a futuristic art piece!
